2019 THE ORGANIST
TASTING NOTES
Inky purple in the glass, this wine explodes with a bouquet of ripe, blueberry and marionberry pie, sweet vanilla, pipe tobacco, leather, cypress, and cinnamon. On the palate, this bold red hits every corner with rich and velvet-like tannins. Notes of Mission fig and crème de cassis blooms on the back of the palate, finishing with a long kaleidoscope of sweet and savory spices. Enjoy from 2021–2029.

VINTAGE & VINEYARD
2019 was a classic vintage in Napa and Sonoma. Copious amounts of rainfall in the Winter and Spring months made way for consistent and warm growing conditions. Tucked high up in the Mayacamas Mountains, the 40-acre, Veiled Ridge Vineyard is terraced on steep slopes at elevations over 1,600 ft. Situated above the fog line, this site receives ample sunlight, consistent daytime temperatures, and gentle breezes from the ocean. Combined, this allows for rich and concentrated flavors in "The Organist".
